RESCHEDULE POLICY:


Our 24 hour reschedule policy is vital to the health of our business. We work hard to make sure that you know when you have an appointment scheduled with us. Our reschedule policy is important to us because when you don’t show up, we miss the opportunity to fill that time slot with another client.   

*Please be advised that there is a $25 rescheduling fee if you change or cancel within the 24 hours of your appointment. 


We understand that there may be times when we need to make exceptions to our policy, such as medical emergencies or extreme weather conditions. Please notify us if you feel like you have a situation that should be considered for an exception.

We appreciate being called as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment, so that we have the opportunity to make other arrangements. If you are unable to make your appointment you may send a friend or family member in your place.   

*Payment for the full service amount will be due, if you fail to call or show up for your scheduled appointment. 


LATE ARRIVAL:


Sessions will begin at the scheduled time. If you are running late, please note that you only receive the remaining time of your scheduled appointment. 


SICKNESS:


If you happen to have a cold, flu, sore throat, stomach virus or anything very contagious, please reschedule your appointment.  Drink lots of liquids and stay in bed.
